    活性炭喷漆废气处理设备  废气净化处理装置
        活性炭喷漆废气处理设备是一种干式废气处理设备。由箱体和装填在箱体内的吸附单元组成。根据吸附单元的数量和风量可进行不同规格的组合,活性碳废气净化器选择不同填料可以处理多种不同废气,主要用于油漆等有机废气的净化。
         油漆类喷涂废气,主要由2部分组成,一是液态的漆雾,二是气态的VOC。对于液态漆雾,需采用除漆雾装置;但对不溶水的VOC,工业成熟技术应该还是“活性炭吸附+光催化氧化脱附组合废气净化系统”。
        目前,在欧美发达国家80%的喷漆室均采用干式漆雾净化,一个重要原因在于环境保护的综合考虑。此外,干式漆雾净化在确保喷漆性能、净化效率、减少二次污染、降低运行成本等也显示了巨大的优越性。
        喷漆工艺广泛应用于机械、电气设备、家电、汽车、船舶、家具等行业。喷漆原料—涂料由不挥发份和挥发份组成,不挥发份包括成膜物质和辅助成膜物质,挥发份指溶剂和稀释剂(主要以二甲苯为主)。喷漆废气中的有机气体来自溶剂和稀释剂的挥发,有机溶剂不会随油漆附着在喷漆物表面,在喷漆和固化过程将全部释放形成有机废气。在喷漆过程挥发的二甲苯废气量约占稀释剂用量的30%,另有70%在烘干过程挥发。
        喷漆涂装作业中涂料和溶剂雾化后形成的二相悬浮物逸散到周围的空气中,污染了空气。对被污染空气中的漆雾的收集和分离是提高喷漆质量、改善喷漆环境、达到环保排放要求的主要方法。
     

    喷漆废气处理设备(活性炭吸附)

    一、喷漆废气处理设备概述

    三、喷漆废气处理设备工作原理   
      废气经新增动力引风机送入吸收塔,吸收塔为圆柱塔体,塔内设有二级旋流塔板、喷雾器、填料区三个部分,有机废气在塔内与吸收剂充分接触完成传质,污染物质由于化学作用生成新的稳定的化学键,从而达到去除有机废气的目的。处理后废气中主要污染指标去除率大于97%,达到了《大气污染物综合排放标准》(DB44/27-2001)
