一.功能描述Functional description：
通过分析粉体剪切动态数据来描述流动行为表征，粉体工业在加工、存储、运输、料仓中常出现拱架/鼠孔结构；物料之间及物料与固体壁面的摩擦；在料斗的设计中，排料口的大小、料斗壁的倾斜角以及粉料对料斗壁的压力，设计不合理的料斗会给生产造成很大的困难；这些影响粉体流动性的行为特征通过测量粉体内部强度、流动函数、摩擦函数、密度、时间函数等数据分析上述现象和状态. 采用PC软件建立数据模型实时分析.

三.工作原理working principle：
通过自动控制的荷重施加于剪切盖上；并作用于已知速度转动的环形剪切盒内样品上，从而实现样品与样品在不同压力下流动.
