进口PTL插头力矩试验装置

符合IEC60335-1、GB4706.1之22.3的试验要求。通过将被测器具插脚按正常使用插入到一个不带接地触点的插座来确定其是否合格。在此插座插合面后8mm处，并在这些接触套管所在的平面内有一个水平枢轴。通过精度至少为0.1mm的位移传感器A来确定此距离。插合面保持在垂直平面内，测试此处力矩，测试范围0-1Nm，精度至少为0.01Nm。（保持插座本身在垂直平面上的力矩不包括在测试值内）能在插脚的纵线方向给每个插脚施加50N的拉力1min。能通过位移传感器A测试插脚的位移。能对每个插脚在每个方向施加0.4Nm的扭矩，并能设置试验时间，显示实际施加的扭矩值，精度至少为0.01Nm。
