    英格索兰公司推出的英格索兰无油螺杆空压机是当今世界无油空压机技术的*新成果,它集英格索兰百年来制造其他型式无油空压机的技术和世界顶级的德国GHH无油螺杆主机技术之结晶。

    • The compressor is designed for Asian high temperature and high relative humidity  ambient. It can operate under max. 46 oC ambient temperature. To water-cooled machine, 46 oC cooling water is also available.
    • 机组按亚热带高温高湿环境设计,设计*高环境温度为46℃(水冷型机组的*高进水温度也可达46℃),从而避免了由于中国夏季高温导致的停机。
    • Stainless steel second-stage rotor

    Considering of the unseparated steam after the 1st compression, hereby adopt the stainless steel material to make the second-stage rotor to prevent the trouble caused by the corrosion of second-stage rotor interface.

    • 不锈钢第二级转子

    英格索兰公司吸取了其他公司无油螺杆空压机长期运行中暴露的问题,考虑到第1级压缩后经冷却的压缩空气中有分离不掉的水汽,为了防止水汽对压缩机第2级主机转子表面的腐蚀从而造成故障,特此采用不锈钢材料制造第2级转子。

    • UltraCoat   超级涂层

    Usually coated with Teflon (Polytetrafluoroethylene, PTFE) on the rotors and airend inner surface, it can be anticorrosive and eliminate mesh gap. But Teflon is relatively soft, can't stand the eroding of high temperature, high-pressure gas for a long time and are easy to peel off, thus increase the interval between the rotors, so the capacity drops down from 10% to 15% after 1 or 2 years. For a long time research, Ingersoll-Rand succeeds to achieve the super coating (UltraCoat) with preventing corrosion and peeling off.

    • 通常无油螺杆空压机的主机和机壳的内表面都涂有特氟龙即聚四氟乙烯材料,起到防腐和减少啮合间隙的作用。但由于聚四氟乙烯材质较软,经不起高温、高压气体的长期冲刷,容易剥落,从而造成齿间间隙增大,导致1~2年后供气量下降10~15%,为此英格索兰公司经过长期不懈地研究,取得了突破性进展,在主机的转子和压缩腔内壁涂有坚固的超级涂层(UltraCoat)以防止腐蚀和涂层脱落的发生。

     

    • The heat is mostly dissipated by the airend casing. The common design is water casing out of the airend casing, but water is easy to scale because of the quality and high temperature, the scale cannot be cleaned and lead to fault; Ingersoll-Rand compressors airend cooled by air or oil in the 1st stage airend isolation casing, by oil in the 2st stage airend isolation casing which ensure the reliability.
    • 无油螺杆压缩机压缩过程中产生的热量要通过主机机壳向外散热,通常做法是在机壳外铸有水套,但由于水质及高温的影响,水套内部容易结垢,而用户又无法清洗,因此往往由于高温而无法正常运行;为此英格索兰在第1级主机机壳上直接采用风或油来冷却,在第2级主机的机壳隔腔中采用油走夹套冷却,这就避免了水垢影响换热效率,大大提高了运行的可靠性。
    • BEARINGS:

    Radial loads are to be carried by high quality vacuum degrassed cylindrical roller bearings. Thrust loads are to be carried by high quality vacuum degrassed ball bearings. Thrust balance pistons shall not be used to offset thrust loads.

    • 以往的无油螺杆压缩机为了抵消轴向推力都设有平衡活塞,但平衡活塞又容易受到尘埃等污染而卡住,为了消除这一隐患,Sierra无油螺杆压缩机增加了一对推力轴承代替平衡活塞来承受轴向力。
    • SEALS:

    Stainless steel air seals shall be used in both the first and second stage airends to minimize air leakage. Labyrinth style oil seals shall be used in both airends to prevent oil leakage into compression chambers. One set of oil seals on each motor shall be vented to atmosphere to prevent bearing oil piping into air seal area.

    • 为了延长及提供可靠的密封,Sierra无油螺杆压缩机采用了不锈钢迷宫式油封及多层浮环式气封。
    • GEAR CASE:

    The main drive bull gear and speed optimizing gears shall be installed in a rugged cast iron gear case. All gears shall be rated AGMA Class 12. The motor bearings should be type M vacuum degassed for uniform hardness on bearing surface. A leak-free lip seal shall be used to prevent oil leakage along the bull gear input shaft. A labyrinth style seal shall have an integral oil sump with oil level sight glass provided in the gear case housing.

    • 为了保证机组可靠运行,传动齿轮精度达到AGMA12级,设计寿命长达10万小时以上;主机采用真空去磁轴承,设计寿命在5万小时以上(在极限工况下)。
    • MOTOR:
      The motor is to be specially designed for the torque, speed, and horsepower characteristics of the compressor. The motor is to be operated by a 380volt, three phases, 50HZ power source.
      The motor shall be applied such that full load brake horsepower requirements will permit operation in the motor’s peak efficiency range and have a large service factor.
    • 为了保证整个机组的效率,Sierra压缩机采用了法兰联接的特制高效电机,效率高达95%以上,它比同标准的NEMA电机的输入功率低5%左右。同时电机采用了较大的服务系数。
    • CONTROL
      The compressor shall include a microprocessor based control system which provides for starting, capacity control, operating control and safety control of the unit.
      The compressor shall use an inlet throttle valve and blow-off valve to control loading and unloading of the unit. The inlet throttle and blow-off valve are to be mechanically interlocked and will be actuated by a hydraulic control cylinder powered by the compressor lubrication pump.
      A flexible style unloading diaphragm shall not be used to control compressor unloading or blow-off. Automatic starting and stopping of compressor based on system needs shall be provided.
    • 机组控制采用Ingersoll-Rand取得美国专利的Intellisys智能控制系统,机组的操作仪表板为带有背光的液晶显示屏,触摸式按键,操作简单方便,功能齐全可对所有的参数进行预先设定,在显示屏中显示各种运行参数;显示警告、报警及故障停机原因。并且具有完善的自我诊断、报警、监控功能,对故障原因及部位作记忆保存。另外根据用户的需要还可配置:就地、远程和连锁三种控制方式,在连锁控制方式下,用一台控制器(ISC)可连锁控制2~8台空压机,并可编写八种程序,对空压机的运行状态进行设置,完全作到实现无人操作。
