- The easily operated patented Intellisys intelligent microcomputer controller, which can pre-set parameters, with LCD panel and membrane touch button is used in screw air compressor. The controller can indicate all kinds of parameters, warning, alter and reason of shutdown. It also has the ability of self-diagnosis, alarm, monitor and memorization reason of shutdown and part of fault. User also can control the compressors by local, remote or inter-lock. 2 units of compressor can be inter-locked. The standby machine shall automatically start while compressed air consumption fluctuates. Modbus communication protocol is standard scope.

- Airend, motor and oil/gas separator are installed on a common plate through vibration isolators to eliminate vibration transmission to ground. Because screw compressor is a kind of rotary machine, there is no pulsation in compressed air stream. It is not necessary to built concrete fundament build-in fittings thanks to stable operation, non-vibration.
