SDS隧道射流风机(SDS tunnel jet fan)
一、特性及应用
SDS遂道射流风机采用先进技术工艺所研制开发的新产品，其外壳由美国进口专用机床旋压翻边成形，叶轮段内壁经金加工，既保证机壳的同轴度和强度，又保证叶片径向间隙，表面涂装处理，外形美观及防腐性能优良。内置鼠笼全封闭式射流通风机配套电机，并设法兰安装盘，电机绝缘等级为H级，防腐等级为IP55。其风量大小可以通过改变叶片数和叶片角度来满足要求。对于噪声要求高场合，可增加消声器来减少其噪声。
          Characteristics and Application

The volume of air can be satisfied by changing the number of blades and the angle of the blade. For high noise requirements, the muffler can be increased to reduce its noise.
遂道式通风机分单向射流风机SDS和双向射流风机SDS(R)二种通风形式，SDS(R)型遂道射流风机有电子式和机械式二种切换方式，可在30秒钟内正反转切换到风机额定转速。
